Resolution: 2–5 daysIf you disagree with the written explanation, Frank Hoang reviews your case personally. Request via Discord @founder or email marked "Founder Review Request."
Review: 5–7 daysIf still unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, governed by Wyoming law. Class action waived per Terms of Service.
