My name is [YOUR NAME]. I have been trading futures — primarily ES, NQ, CL, and GC — for over 25 years. I have traded through the dot-com crash, the 2008 financial crisis, COVID, the 2022 rate cycle, and every market environment in between. I have seen what real markets do to traders who are undercapitalized, underprepared, or working with a firm that treats them as a revenue source rather than a skill to develop.

I also have extensive experience building and leading companies as CEO and President across multiple industries. I know how to build systems, manage risk, operate a business that pays its obligations, and build a team and brand from the ground up. That background is what makes Verified Trader Capital different from a weekend project launched by someone who read about prop trading online.

I started Verified Trader Capital because I watched too many talented traders get burned by firms with opaque rules, arbitrary payout denials, and founders who had never placed a single futures trade. The prop firm industry had a credibility problem — and I decided to be part of the solution.

Every rule at this firm exists for a specific reason. The EOD trailing drawdown was chosen because that is how professional risk management actually works — you do not penalize traders for intraday variance that they recover before close. The no-time-limit policy was chosen because a trader with a genuine edge should not be rushed by an arbitrary clock. The public payout data was chosen because transparency is not a marketing claim — it is a commitment you verify.

HOW WE GOT HERE

1999
The first trade
The founder places his first futures trade. The market moves against him immediately. He does not quit. Over the next 5 years he develops a methodology, loses money, learns from it, and eventually develops a consistent edge on ES and the Nasdaq futures.
2008
Surviving the crisis
The 2008 financial crisis is the ultimate stress test for any trader's risk management. Trading through one of the most volatile periods in market history taught the founder that position sizing and drawdown management — not entry timing — is what separates professional traders from gamblers.
2020
COVID and the prop firm boom
COVID creates unprecedented volatility. The prop firm industry explodes in size. The founder watches dozens of new firms launch with aggressive marketing, opaque rules, and no real infrastructure. The failures begin almost immediately. The idea for a properly built firm starts to form.
2024
The industry's credibility crisis

Time pressure
Many firms set a 30 or 60-day evaluation deadline that forces traders to take risk they would not otherwise take. Artificial time pressure increases breach rates and therefore firm revenue. We removed it. Take as long as your strategy needs.
